Products with Same Day Shipping logo are delivered to the cargo if ordered by 11:00 (EXCEPT OFFICIAL HOLIDAYS). Orders placed after 15:00 will be shipped the next day.
What is the delivery time for products in stock?
For products in stock, the delivery time is 1-3 business days. In case of natural disasters, wars, fires, terrorism, etc., the delivery time may vary.

How long does it take to deliver out-of-stock items?
If you order an out-of-stock item, the delivery time will be notified to you within 72 hours, which can range from a minimum of 3 days to a maximum of 14 days. If you do not accept the notified delivery time, your money will be refunded, and your order will be cancelled. If you accept the specified time, your order will be processed.
What happens if no one is available at the delivery address at the time of delivery?
